This workshop is for everyone of all discipline backgrounds. It was conceptualized as a love letter/thank you note to our bodies and biologies. We will work through improvisation using our imaginations, metaphor, and nature as an impetus for movement. Take a journey through our senses, relive dreams through our partner’s body, and sync up our rhythms through a simplistic choreographic routine (Medieval line dance) that gradually increases tempo. This workshop is ideally offered with a live musician.
